Phil takes runner up for 2nd time at English Open held at Stoke by Nayland resort. Phil had 2 solid rounds of 36 points and 39 points beating fellow pargaolfer Kris Aves by 1 point. Weather was absolutely amazing and course was it great condition. Fellow handigolfers Greg Jackson and Terry Kirby also took part and played well over the 2 days however was unable to catch Phil. We would like to thanks England golf, club and everyone involved for a fantastic 3 days and well run tournament. Its just a few weeks before Phil heads off to Germany to represent England in the European championships and Nations Cup with the rest of the team hoping to bring back the silver wear.
