The achievements of the Handigolf Chairman have finally been recognised by part of the golf establishment. Apart from all the work for our charity, which has seen membership grow and funds increase, Terry Kirby has followed his season as senior’s captain by starting his year as full club captain of a CONGU golf club. The magazine “Club Golfer” has published the article below in their April 2019 issue. We believe this is a world first for a wheelchair golfer and a great step in getting disabled golf more recognition by the golf world.
